| Wenesco has over 40
years of experience developing wave solder pots for special applications,
including replacement of equipment made by others, which is no longer
available, such as Dee, Hollis, Treiber, New Age.. Our scope includes:
About the sketch This illustrates a dual wave solder pot with a chip wave and a Hollis smooth wave. The smooth wave is also available configured as a mono- directional Lambda wave The chip wave has a removable baffle, which may be changed over to a different pattern. The variable speed pump motors are individually controlled. Solder temperature is controlled with a digital thermostat, which also includes a pump protection circuit that will not allow the pump to operate unless the solder temperature is high enough for safe operation. Set point and current temperature are digitally displayed in C or F. Heating elements are mounted to the liner (crucible), out of the solder, for convenient service. A solder drain valve is optional |
