Wave type Rework Stations are
designed to desolder and solder all types of leaded components.

equipment will allow an operator to remove or replace a 100-pin connector in 5
seconds
Precise
temperature control: Wenesco's stations feature a short, exacting heat cycle and precise
temperature
control, which means that board and circuit damage is virtually eliminated
Interchangeable nozzles: Boards of nearly every size are easily handled on a
Wenesco re-work station, and its
interchangeable solder nozzles let you remove an extensive variety of components. Our customers like the fact that they save time by clearing holes and resoldering
replacement components in the same setup.

Competitor's Wave
When using a wave nozzle greater than 5 inches long our
competitor's wave must be left running to maintain wave temperature because
the solder pot & pump are too small.
Their wave has a "bump" in the middle and must use expensive extenders and
extra heaters on a 6-inch or longer nozzle |
Wenesco's Wave
Wenesco solder pots have abundant power and solder
capacity to maintain temperature during normal operation
Wenesco pumps have enough capacity to produce a shiny flat smooth
surface across a nozzle that can be as long as 14 inches. |
