The EMS Stallion is a compact, economical simple benchtop wave soldering machine designed for
soldering of conventional leaded components The O-Wave option offers the best soldering results for SMT components eliminating skips, icicles, bridges or solder
build-up. The EMS Stallion is completely enclosed, offers total accessibility and operates on a bench .
It can solder boards up to 304mm ( 12 in ) wide and 406 mm ( 16 in ) long, with components up to 80 mm ( 3 1/4 in ) height.

The solder pot is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel with internal heaters, specially
made for low-watt consumption. / high efficiency. . The standard carrier conveyor includes inlet and
outlet guides. |

thermal compensation for perfect parallelism of the guides, a feature which guarantees a smooth

Description:

Foam Fluxer - has a 1.3 GAL (5 litre)
tank, with self-contained air-membrane pump with control valve. An input for compressed air is available standard. The system is suitable to work with
rosin-based, water-soluble and low solid content fluxes. After the fluxing unit an
air-knife removes excessive flux from the PCBs and accelerate the solvent's evaporation.. |

Preheater - A long life, maintenance-free IR unit, working at 4.5 micrometer wave length provides an uniform preheating of the PCBs. The upper hot surface is protected by a special high quality glass which offers a directional heat distribution. The stainless steel cover of the unit provides a tunnel effect which ensures a smooth increase of the PCB's temperature. |

PCB Carrier - It is 304mm ( 12 in ) wide and 406 mm ( 16 in ) long, with components up to 80
mm ( 3 1/4 in ) high. The EMS Stallion carriers, which support the PCBs through the soldering
cycle, have titanium fingers on adjustable supports. The small depth allows an easy assembly of
the PCBs directly on the carriers. Optional extra finger-support bars are available for holding small PCBs. |

Solder Pot - The solder pot is made of 2.5 mm thick stainless steel body with insulation from five
sides. Three cartridge heaters are located inside the solder pot which gives better heating
efficiency thus saving power. Brushless AC variable speed motor with speed controller ensures constant speed of the pump to
get uniform and stable wave height.Two adjustable baffle plates are provided to arrest free fall of
solder thus reducing dross formation. |

Operator Interface : A simple operator panel monitors and controls all important soldering
parameters. -

EMS Stallion uses AC brushless variable speed motor & speed controller with a potentiometer for
speed control and digital display for control of solder pot and preheater temperature ensure
stability and repeatability of settings. All electrical assembly is housed in a
separate and accessible compartment at the back of the machine.

Orbital wave' (O-Wave') for soldering of SMD COMPONENTS) The 'O-Wave' is designed to generate orbital movement of grid placed into the
nozzle. The action of the O-wave eliminates all shadow areas around the components on the PCB whilst pushing away the trapped gas and allowing a perfect soldering of even complex SMD assemblies. When not required, the O-wave can be switched off, reverting the wave to the standard one.
It uses only one pump both for standard and SMD orbital wave thus saving
power, size of the solder bath and maintenance troubles. |

Model M14, shown with adjustable rails,
allows an operator to simply slide PCBs across a 15-inch solder wave. Adjustable rails are also available on model
