Wenesco warranties products to be free from defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship for one year. The liability of WENESCO under these warranties is limited to repair, replacement or issuing credit at its discretion, products which are returned by the buyer during the warranty period. Heater elements are prorated for one year.
WENESCO examination shall determine that such defects exist and have not been caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, repair, alteration or accident, operating above rated temperature, or exposure to caustic materials not intended to be used with the equipment ordered.
The warranty is extended only to the original user. Proof of original purchase will be required to obtain service under the warranty. This warranty shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
WENESCO reserves the right to modify any design of this product without prior notice.
Return authorization for repair is obtained prior to return of a defective product. WENESCO will pay freight costs connected with a return during the first forty (40) days after original shipment.
These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, unless expressly modified in writing.
WENESCO shall not be responsible for any consequential damage, bodily harm or otherwise, resulting from the failure of any part of its equipment.
Our products are custom built to customer specifications, and due to that, we do not accept returns on any product that has been custom built. We accept returns on our Web-store products, only if they have not been used, and they will incur a 25% restocking fee.
