Remote temperature control includes a digital thermostat with display, which controls the temperature of the fluid in the beaker. It is contained in a sealed stainless control box that measures 9 x 6 x 4.5in.

Thermostats in the remote models, which directly control the liquid temperature, display set point and current temperature. They are accurate to 2% of set point in a temperature range of 5C through 400C. Temperature is displayed in degrees F or C.
A programmable ramp-soak digital thermostat -- replacing thestandard digital thermostat -- is optional.
The electronic stirring speed control will maintain speed set point within 5% in a range of 60 to 1,200 RPM, A stirring bar is included.
The ceramic plate surface is suitable for glass vessels up to 24 lbs (11.3kg) for general lab applications including media preparation, sterilization, titrations, sand baths, and microscale chemistry.
The surface is solid and seamless, formed from a high-performance engineered material that offers high impact strength, acid and alkali resistance, an extremely uniform level surface for maximum heat transfer, and a reflective, bright white color to enhance visibility.
The stirrer hot plate assembly is completely sealed and constructed from material which is highly resistive to most corrosive liquids and fumes, and may be washed down without risk of damage to exterior or interior components.
